Data Analyst - SQL MSBI/Tableau/PowerBI/Python/.NET - Hyderabad & Gurgaon

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with Business Analysts and data SME’s to understand business requirements.
• Manage and Interpret large amounts of complex data across healthcare, Infrastructure and Financial domains.
• Organizes, sorts and filters data to distinguish patterns and recognize trends.
• Selects, recommends and applies appropriate analytic and statistical methodologies and techniques to execute against an analysis plan or research objectives.
• Engages with data SMEs to understand data being analyzed.
• Identify and develop key metrics, enhance reporting and formulate areas of analytic focus to better capture and manage the business performance.
• Communicating business trends using reports and optimizing reports and business requirement focus.
• When required, liaise with members of global teams involved in the projects on product delivery.
• Researches exceptions and recommends appropriate approach to resolutions.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and analysts across teams.
• Facilitate meetings; track project tasks and status; track roadblocks and issues; raise project risks; and write meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have experience in Tableau.
• Must have experience with relational database and data base structure.
• Must have experience in MSBI (SSIS, SSRS), Visualization, Reporting, Advanced Excel
• Must have worked in Agile environments and familiar with Scrum and Kanban models.
• Good to have experience on Azure, Data ware housing concepts.
