Manage and review the monthly financial reconciliations related to various revenue sources for assigned health plans
- Maintain the accuracy of the GL string with the valid locations and products based on the membership
- Reclass Journal entries based on the requirement
- Recommend accounting entries to the general ledger and set up of accruals/ reserves based on the monthly reconciliations
-Research and evaluate trends and variances in health care revenues and receivables.
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.

- Bachelors/ Masters in Commerce
- Minimum of 3 + yrs. of experience in Accounting
- Strong Accounting Background, Understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Ability to develop and establish financial polices and procedures
- Good understanding of General Ledger and chart field attributes
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports
- Someone who is not afraid to ask questions, chase folks and ensure tasks are being completed on time
- Good Interpersonal skills and Analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Working knowledge on basic and advanced Excel skills
