Experience as Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 technical consultant 
Experience developing custom applications and extensions that integrate with the Oracle eBusiness Suite Human Resources Management System and Self-Ser 
Experience using the Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) technology stack including JDeveloper, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Forms. 
Thorough understanding of configurations and experience in implementation of the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR modules 
Experience developing interfaces to external systems and conversion of data from legacy systems. 
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with management, users, information technology personnel, and vendors, both orally, and in writing. 
Experience working with users including requirements definition, conducting testing and training.
