JOB DETAIL

  • We are looking for an Automation & Monitoring and Support manager for a critical application, Customer Experience Platform Wireless Provisioning System.
  • Understand the Verizon India 2.0 priorities and capable of driving end-to-end delivery.
  • Lead the team in delivering the solutions for the issues identified in the existing system.
  • Continually challenge the status quo by understanding the consumer preference and changes in technical landscape.
  • Stay connected and informed on the industry practices in the platform and provisioning systems and strategically bring in the learning from the Industry and implement it.
  • Explore and implement new ways to automate systems.
  • Eliminate defects and errors with tools and software development process.
  • Collaborate with other business units in resolving the customer issues.
  • Proactively predict issues & automate the resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide Root Cause Analysis & Work Around.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns.
  • Strong leadership and excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
