JOB DETAIL

  • Providing technical leadership and business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects.
  • Performing high-level activities (e.g., client requirements collection/analysis, systems design etc.) related to all phases of the systems life cycle.
  • Partner, collaborate well with all stakeholders impacting the programs and effective Vendor management for delivery tracking of e2e program delivery.
  • Performing technical evaluation of products and occasionally developing systems-related standards and procedures.
  • Leading Mobile Home program and collaborate it with CXP, Pega and multiple SOE teams.
  • Collaborating with CXP and Pega GTS teams on North Star Architecture programs.
  • Performing program management activities (e.g., planning, sizing, staffing, scheduling, and implementing).
  • Analyzing and proactively managing problems, and make decisions that impact overall program delivery of systems and projects.
  • Evaluating capacity planning deliverables of systems solutions to effectively fulfill business requirements.
  • Leading onsite and offshore teams in delivering projects with tight deadlines.
  • Acting as a front door and evaluate the requests and their commitments for upcoming release planning
  • Providing technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise.
  • Articulating the problem statement and openly bring up challenges, roadblocks, and impediments, negotiate, influence and drive priority solutions with directors and for tactical and strategic Systems of Engagement programs and business capabilities.
