As the Manager - Tech Proj Mgmt for the project management office within the AI & D Organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of cross-functional initiatives as part of the Project Management Team that entails planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and are in adherence to the established standards and processes. Must have good understanding of Business Communication.
- Oversee business projects and ensure that they are completed on time while ensuring all team members uphold the company\s standards throughout each project\s development and execution.
- Exposure to BI tools would be added advantage
- Value propositions for pricing and promotions with the collaboration of other department leaders within AI & D to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Support the strategic planning process, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Lead and drive a variety of challenging projects that may be large, complex, and time-sensitive throughout the entire project life cycle, with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Prepare and disseminate/present project progress at all levels of the organization.
- Identify process gaps.
- Lead or assist in optimizing and/or implementing new/existing processes and tools, such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and other Project Management-related solutions.
- Lead PMO efforts and collaborate across various pillars within the AI&D organization and identify interdependencies, risks, resourcing, and timing.
- Develop and execute an integrated plan including establishing governance, reporting, communication, and change management for strategic initiatives.
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Escalation management and stakeholder communication.
- Track project outcomes against business expectations.
- Tracking projects over JIRA, Confluence,Shibumi, Anaplan, etc. and other project management platforms.
