JOB DETAIL
Working as a part of the central strategy team, the role requires you to primarily work with the senior leadership team and all functional teams to create, evaluate, implement, make improvements and govern organization-wide strategic initiatives. Program management skills along with a good grasp on startup engagement, innovation related programs would be a key requirement.
Engaging with Firms/ Startups, Connecting/Interact with industry firms, startup generalists, Supporting strategic efforts to connect with startups, research firms etc. and track key deliverables.
Understanding the startup ecosystem, Reviewing and analyze information through different reports and researches, Connecting with partners to provide insights to leadership team on the startup ecosystem, Driving startup initiatives to translate ideas to full-fledged product.
Developing and present recommendations for the management.
Tracking Industry happenings closely and analyze its impact.
Understanding business landscape, create POVs on important trends and pain points.
Working closely with other innovation related programs and provide support towards solving business problems by Identifying the information required to address these issues, Managing and implements the data collection process, analyzes the results, and Communicating the findings and their implications.
Bring discipline and execution focus to the center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc.,
