Required Skills:

- At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects

- At least 3 years of experience in managing Java Node.js .Net etc. based projects

- At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.)

- At least 2 years of experience in agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reporting

- Ability to work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environment

- At least 1 years of hands-on Application Development experience working on Microservices

- Experience with agile development methodologies namely SCRUM andor Kan Ban

- Experience and desire to work in an onsite-offshore environment

- At least 5-8 years of production quality software development experience

- Cloud Services experience preferably on AWS or Azure with ability to model, specify and consumer REST APIs.

- Ability to understand technology deeply and ability to guide the team to debug at any level in the software stack

- Familiarity with DevOps model of development and QA within a single team
