We are seeking an experienced software developer to contribute to ongoing project work. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-first full stack engineering, with a curiosity about building business application for financial services, working in a team environment. You will join an agile scrum team and play a hands-on role in the design, development, and testing of software application for the Fixed Income product line.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle process, preference is with Scrum / Agile
- Proven experience in a full stack software development environment
- Understanding of and experience within an Agile framework preferred
The Skills You Bring
- Have deep technical and programming skills:
- Comfortable developing C#/.Net based user interfaces
- Knowledge of SQL development
- Familiarity with developing and running software on cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services
- Comfortable working in an environment that uses a broad set of technologies, including Angular web based user interfaces, Java based middle tier services, Spring framework, Oracle, messaging technologies (EMS or KAFKA) RESTful APIs and web containers.
