JOB DETAIL

Hybrid Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Provides developer support for the conversion of a legacy HR system to the Oracle eBusiness Suite.  This position requires extensive experience with design and development.  Candidate should have the following experience:

-Experience as Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 technical consultant.

-Experience developing custom applications and extensions that integrate with the Oracle eBusiness Suite -Human Resources Management System and Self-Service Human Resources.

-Experience using the Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) technology stack including JDeveloper, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Forms.

-Thorough understanding of configurations and experience in implementation of the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR modules.

-Experience developing interfaces to external systems and conversion of data from legacy systems.

-Experience working with users including requirements definition, conducting testing and training.

-Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with management, users, information technology personnel, and vendors, both orally, and in writing.

-Ability to successfully interact in a team environment.

B. S. Computer Science, Accounting and relevant work experience.  Combination of education, experience, and training, demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
