Good understanding of EBS 12.2 architecture topology.
Good understanding of FMW components in EBS 12.2 Strive to troubleshoot independently for any patch/ clone issues
Strong product knowledge in Oracle e-Business Suites 11i, R12 and performance tuning.
Good knowledge of Oracle Core Database 12c including patching & troubleshooting.
Should have skills to collect Database diagnostic /performance collection (TKPROF, AWR, ADDM, ASH reports)
Work experience in a production support environment is a MUST and with an ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shifts
Must have worked in any one Unix/Linux platform.
Good written and verbal communication skills are plus
