- Exhibit ability to follow solid project management principles
- Skills including CX or Retail product skills (preferred).
- Excellent organization and time management
- Selling skills required at higher levels.
- Typically holds a Degree and PMP Certification
Overall around 5-12+ years of experience
- Around 3+ years in Project Management including exposure to project management for cloud projects (preferred).
As a Project Manager, one will manage multiple projects and would be overall responsible for delivery of the projects.
- Manages projects and/or project remediation.
- Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements) for one or more engagements.
- Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
- Drive implementation by motivating and directing the project team, a team which may include cross functional departments, third-party vendors, partners, and the client.
- Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements.
- Project financial health and reporting, stakeholder management, QMS processes adherence, accountable for all project related KPIs.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for new business.
