JOB DETAIL

The regional/local PMO lead ensures that local Project Management processes/practices are in place to meet the project deliverables, outcomes and schedule.

Whilst Aspire is the roll out of a Global Template, the local deployment can be complex with significant local activities (E.g., Legacy developments, testing, data cleanse/provision, Change Management deliverables) and as such a local project and associated disciplines are required.

The local PMO will work initially with the Aspire Global Deployment PMO to establish the outline plan framework and to understand core dependencies/critical path and dependencies on QA/compliance and OCM. Subsequently, all local activities, deliverables and dependencies will be included to ensure a comprehensive plan with a clear local critical path.

The Local PMO will then be in a position to support the local Deployment Lead and work streams in their activities and to ensure clear x-site communications, updates and reporting. The PMO lead will also ensure all work streams are adequately supported/coached in order that they are clear on reporting and project management expectations

● Troubleshooting, i.e. the ability to bring team together to resolve challenges to progress

● Ensure that all acceptance criteria are known and measured (as this will be key in the later phases where the gates and checkpoints come thick and fast.)

● Define all “stage gates” ensuring PMO and compliance elements incorporated

● Implement local status reporting for project activities

● Implement relevant RAID processes

● Comply with Core PMO reporting expectations. Ensure clarity on reporting and escalation needs

● Ensure Change Control is in place (in terms of deliverable/timing changes between core/local)
