JOB DETAIL

The Global Incentive Compensation Systems Team is responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and administering systems used for compensating the Salesforce sales organization, as well as tools used by our internal teams to perform their job functions.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will test code changes in Xactly Incent, ETL processes, and internal compensation tools against business requirements. You will leverage your strong technical skills and functional expertise to identify and resolve bugs, prevent issues in Production, and maintain code quality as the Systems team expands its scope of automation. QA Engineers work closely with Developers to ensure that all functionality is working as designed and commissions are calculated accurately, and we partner with cross-functional teams including Compensation Operations to support UAT.
