Mandatory Skills: Snowflake, Azure ( Good Hands of Exp)
Data Architect (mid-level) shall be responsible for
- The Data architect shall develop and expand the new data foundation
- Incorporate best practices and standards in cloud data platform
- Develop new data assets on Snowflake
- Extract data from Azure Blobs and transform into Snowflake
- Provide in-depth knowledge and strategy regarding the migration of data to Azure
- Design and implement scalable data architectures leveraging Cloud Native, warehouse, BI, NoSQL and emerging technologies, including on premise and cloud-based deployment patterns.
- Creating data models that conform to existing standards and conventions
- Adhere to Agile principles and philosophies (Scrum or Kanban, as applicable) in fulfillment of the role.
- Responsible for analyzing source data fields
- Conduct data management tasks on Snowflake such as logging and monitoring
The Data Architect should have the following skills and experience
- Hands on experience on developing data warehouse using Snowflake
- Should have worked with Azure blobs
- Can build spark pipelines and transformations using Databricks
- Atleast 10 years of hands-on experience in datawarehouse development
- Atleast 3 yrs of hands on experience on Azure
