·        Systems/business analysts with experience in Medicaid, Medicare or Insurance claims processing. 

·        The areas we need experience to cover is either Benefit Plan configuration, claim processing, Reference configuration, payment and financial processing, member/provider eligibility and enrollment, contact management and case tracking. 

·        Experience on 2 or more development or maintenance accounts is required. 

·        Experience with Azure Dev Ops, use cases or user stories and Microsoft Word and EXCEL are required. 

·        Demonstrative experience in developing requirements documents and test plans. 

Other Qualities – Ability to communicate effectively, successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders, work both independently and as part of a team, and work efficiently to handle competing priorities.
