- Load potential candidates in UHR - ATS disposition in the system
- Demonstrated ability to actively source passive high performing talent and build talent pipelines in the data analytics and marketing agency space.
- Build an understanding of clients area’s priorities, roles, competition and future stakes.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR team.
- Identify area’s for process improvements in the attraction processes and demonstrate innovation related to how the organization can use new strategies and technologies while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
