Lead a team of developers and QA during all phases of application development
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliant .Net applications
Design and implement solutions into existing environments and design business workflows to ensure proper application mapping/flow
Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents
Provide accurate and timely estimates (work breakdown schedules)
Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
Document and execute unit and integration tests
Define and implement standards and best practices for software development
Participate in code review sessions as a coordinator, owner, reader, recorder or observer
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance Analysts, Software Developers, and Release Analysts in a DevOps model to extend the capabilities of the applications
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in .Net full stack development using SQL server and SSIS
Experienced in leading an application development team
Providing technical support for .Net applications
Should possess a strong understanding of Facets data model as well as batch jobs in membership and billing domains
Should be an expert in creating and implementing C# solutions based on user stories
Excellent SQL Skills to integrate with backend
Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior
Experienced in working in a SAFe Agile environment
