JOB DETAIL
Development of new functions and modules for the SFCM suite of products
Liaise with Development Team Lead and Senior Programmer Analysts as appropriate to ensure the specifications and estimates are accurate where any ambiguity arises
Follow corporate coding standards, design patterns, and operating procedures
Assist when required, in the analysis of support issues and provide guidance and knowledge to the support teams
Review and implement software tools where applicable to improve quality, efficiency and reduce cost
Active involvement in the knowledge transfer mechanism to allow team members to gain knowledge and understanding of the development cycle
Working with their Manager, the Programmer Analyst shall identify external technical training required
Work in a collaborative team environment and actively communicating with peers
