JOB DETAIL
Will be a gatekeeper of the process automation pipeline.
Process Discovery - Identify potential automation opportunities
Understand and document obstacles that the development team might face once an automation kicks off
Understands the level of detail that the development team requires to build an automation and can act as bridge between the business and the development teams.
Shepherd the process from pre-Development stage to Production deployment. This includes,
Author the Process Design Document (PDD)
Liaising between Developer and SME of the respective process
Participate in Development shadowing during the BOT build
Ensure the technical build is in line with the stipulated business requirements and also compliance requirements of the particular process
