JOB DETAIL
As a Senior Associate you will lead a team of analysts incorporating robotic process automation technologies to collect ESG data reported by public and private companies
You ll report directly to the Associate Director of Content Innovation & Automation
You will have the opportunity to develop new business processes
Oversee the team s work identifying and mapping Corporate ESG data reported in annual reports or other filings, to our own internal database
Develop team KPIs and report team performance to upper management on a regular basis
Develop an understanding of the team s workflow, act as a coach for the team and create processes to improve team efficiency and collection efforts
Communicate team processes to upper management
Motivate and challenge team members to take ownership of their work and maintain and improve performance and productivity
Interview candidates for open positions on the ESG data collection team
Use Agile philosophies and a Kanban methodology to develop and guide the team
