Responsibilities:
- Planful is seeking a qualified Technical Support Engineer to join our world class Technical Support Team. This individual will join our support team based at Hyderabad, India.
- This individual will work with our valued customers to provide world class solutions to meet their requirements.
- They will also train our customers, colleagues and partners as well as collaborating with internal team members to provide exceptional service for everyone.
- Work with customers to provide best practice solutions to their requirements .
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of problem solving, effective communication, Planful product functionality, accounting and planning.
- Job involves supporting Planful Enterprise Performance Management Software Suite in the areas of budgeting planning, financial consolidations, Modelling, financial reporting and scorecard / dashboards.
- Candidate will be required to work with our global customers, Planful Support and Pre-sales consulting teams in the United States and India.
- Closely collaborate with Product Development QA teams in India on product requirements and issues.
