Job description:

 

Prerequisite :

 

Before sharing the profiles, please review with resource on the following.

 

Have working experience on cisco call manger, like configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting?

• how do they rate them self from 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest)?

Have working experience on Cisco UCCE, ICM components Router , logger , PGs. and CVP. like configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting?

• how do they rate them self from 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest)?

Have any Level 3 experience if yes how long they worked as an L3?

• So far anyone rating 6 or below 6 customer rejected. Also Provide their availability for Internal review call .

 

JD:

• Cisco UCCE ICM infrastructure
• Cisco CVP infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) call flow and VXML gateway
• Experience in understanding the reporting structure of ICM.
• Ability to design, create and implement Cisco UCCE products.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot UCCE call flows.
• Ability to support the deployment and integration knowledge with Avaya, oracle is preferred
• Experience on CUCM, unity deployment, upgrades, and administration
• SIP knowledge and certification is preferred
