Support build out of program level artifacts such as program governance structure, communication plan and cadence, steering committee, change review board, planning & control and best practices
Define, review, validate and baseline top-down integration roadmap
Drive program planning and execution
Working directly with clients to project manage each client’s migration
Relaying any issues/risk, product decisions required and technical resolutions
Support implementation of standardized program level tools and governance processes
Provide escalation and decision support
Support program-level communication and reporting
Support executive and sponsor stakeholder meetings
