Job Details:

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

1. Candidate must have 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation or similar products (Callidus, Xactly, etc.)

2. Handson experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in the application

3. Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases

 

Detailed Job Description:

Candidate must have 12 years of experience with 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation or similar products Callidus, Xactly, etc. Handson experience on Analysis configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in the application. Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases. Candidate must have experience in leading a team of 10 12
