This LEAD QA Tester will develop test plans for INFOR M3 Cloud Edition, and develop test scripts. 

This LEAD QA Tester, will also create Key Performance Indicators/KPI’s to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. 

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts

-  Analyze and automate manual test scripts to help increase automation code coverage of the product

- Run automation scripts and provide timely analysis results and causes of failures, and then fix the causes of the failures. 

- Any and all failures/valid bugs discovered during testing will be recorded and reported into JIRA, and will be monitored until the bug is fixed.

- The Senior QA Tester will complete sprint targets and burndown targets

- The Senior QA Tester will work with other QAs to resolve script failures;  the goal is to always strive to improve the product as well as the process.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science

- 6+ years specifically related experience on Automation Testing

- Good written/verbal communication skills

-  Experience in Manual Testing, Test Case Development, Agile KANBAN, Java, Jira, Selenium, Web and/ or desktop automation
