As a Project Manager, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform at a global, regional, and local level. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, support, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization. As a program manager who can closely partner with Human Resources professionals at all levels of the company to understand, advise and deliver high quality solutions and outcomes for the business including Oracle HCM, ADP, and other HR solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing Operate and Maintain projects.
• Participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is completed.
• Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, scheduling and the success of the project.
• Manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Build the project team
• Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
