8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with functional expertise in Cloud Payroll OTL
At least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll OTL modules experience
Experience with the business processes in HR modules including HR Core, Payroll and OTL
Experience supporting companies that are global.
Functional expertise in requirement gatherings, gap analysis, solution design, UAT/CRP/SIT etc.
Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Talent and recruiting workstreams.
Awareness of Journeys solution rolling out in Oracle Cloud.
Advise on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality and assist with testing.
Experience in documenting design, testing Reports that were custom created, Interface Testing, and conversions testing.
Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely.
Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality for Core HR.
Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)
Basic knowledge of where to Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements.
Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
