JOB DETAIL

  • 10+ years of Consulting experience
  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with functional expertise in Cloud Payroll OTL
  • At least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll OTL modules experience
  • Experience with the business processes in HR modules including HR Core, Payroll and OTL
  • Experience supporting companies that are global.
  • Functional expertise in requirement gatherings, gap analysis, solution design, UAT/CRP/SIT etc.
  • Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Talent and recruiting workstreams.
  • Awareness of Journeys solution rolling out in Oracle Cloud.
  • Advise on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality and assist with testing.
  • Experience in documenting design, testing Reports that were custom created, Interface Testing, and conversions testing.
  • Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality for Core HR.
  • Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)
  • Basic knowledge of where to Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements.
  • Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
