Detailed Job Description:
• Conducted extensive trainings on Agile, Scrum that led to wide adoption of Agile way of working, increasing Agile Maturity/capability.
• Trained teams of various groups on Agile Values and Principles, Scrum, writing better User Stories, Agile Estimation and Planning.
• Provided trainings to groups/teams who are completely new to Agile. Provided comprehensive support for the groups to transition from Waterfall to Agile.
• Worked with fellow scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of Agile and Scrum in the group/organization.
• Conducted User Story Mapping workshops for groups/teams.
• Coached Teams in various Scrum events / meetings like Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and provided suggestions on how to improve.
• Periodically checking on Agile Teams , helping them stay on track with Agile Principles/Scrum Framework and helping them improvise as needed.
• Conducted Agile Maturity/capability assessments/heath checks and provided a plan of improvement to the teams
