Collect user requirements, develop detailed Use Cases, prepare PRDs and wireframes.

Prioritize user stories and discuss the same with the engineering and QA team
Provide guidance in daily standups on prioritizing of feature development, issue resolutions, and product releases
Approve the test cases shared by the QA team and assign Jira tickets to the engineers
Define, measure, share and act on important metrics measuring success of EMS
Coach the Juniors and learn from the Seniors
Should be able to upward delegate and downward delegate basis the job at hand
Continuously engage with sales, enunciating the product value proposition, features, and competitive advantages. Provide high quality marketing collaterals through presentation, videos, blogs etc.
Share user manuals/video guides/tutorials on dashboard App to ensure an awesome user experience
Ensure disbursal of SOPs to operations with every release. Ensure adherence to SLA s and prompt resolution of operational and customer issues.
