Job Description: Manage essential process documentation and lead project implementation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with business partners and IT leadership to gather business requirements, provide expertise and guidance and help execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results and support organizational growth.

What is driving this need from a business perspective? This global project aims to modernize the company’s current Reinsurance solution. A set of unsupported legacy systems will be retired in favor of a cloud-based solution with a chosen vended platform to enable data aggregation and reporting, while eliminating manual processes. This is a large, complex, multi-year project. Some documentation has already been created, but there will be multiple requirements documents needed.

Travel expectations: Slight chance of travel to NYC or Sun Prairie, WI, when it is safe to do so.

Required Skills or Software Experience:
• Generally:
o Requirements gathering and documentation
o Group facilitation and requirements elicitation
o Procedure analysis and process mapping
o General data analysis skills
o Strong command of written and spoken English
o Strong influencing and leadership skills
o Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
o Ability to support QA and UAT efforts

• Ideal Candidate:
o Reinsurance domain experience
o Experience with Reinsurance Systems
o Insurance accounting and finance experience

A typical Day:
• Working remotely for eight hours productively with occasional lengthy days during critical phases
• Meetings during early morning or evening hours to accommodate offshore participants
• Daily Stand/Scrum/Touchbase meetings with small and large teams
• Online working meetings via video-conferencing tool with stakeholders and team
• Possible long portions of the day working independently on assigned tasks
