•    Expertise in Healthcare domain - Clinical research area
•    End to end product management responsibilities. Will be Product owner for the project.
•    Understanding customer requirements, and able to convert them to product specific requirements
•    Able to talk to customer in the language that they bring in discussions
•    Statistical knowledge on clinical research and algorithms will be an added advantage
•    Able to communicate requirements to offshore and get a quick understanding
•    Ability to bridge the gap between the offshore team and customer team
•    Decision making capabilities to get the proper planning in place to meet the customer expectations
•    Ability to work in shifts/offshore overlap
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
•    Strong communication skills
