Data Analysts – The ideal candidate would have participated in a PlanView to ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management data migration – so someone who knows both data models well and can speak to how the data could translate from one system to the next.

• If that person is impossible to find, then we’ll be fine with a candidate who knows ServiceNow APM inside and out and who can speak to exactly how data should be modeled in the ServiceNow tables (Common Service Data Model 4.0). No one will have CSDM 4.0 experience because that just came out, but if they have experience with modeling how data should be captured and modeled in the Business Capability, Business Application, and Services (Specifically Application Services) tables, the relationships between data in those tables and practical implementations of data in those tables that would be good.
