Understand the business impact of project requirements and ensure adherence to the architecture by the technical team
Drive technical interactions with the customer and team for effective requirement analysis and accurate estimation

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Over all experience: 12 to 15 years Dynamics CRM experience: 6 to 10 years JD: Candidate must have Dynamics CRM on pre and on cloud (D365 CE CRM) knowledge on the following topics: # Functional knowledge: must have experience on o Different modules o Business Process Flows o Entity relationship detail

Core CRM Knowledge: o Roles and Privileges, user creation o CRM organization structure, o Dashboard, Views, o Entity, Relationship, o Reports

Dynamics CRM customization: must have hands on experience on o Dynamics CRM configuration o Dynamics C RM configurable workflows and custom workflow development o Dynamics CRM PlugIns o Other customization knowledge on Action, JavaScript, solutions

Integration: hands on knowledge on o Dynamics CRM SDKs and integration features o Integration between Power Platform, Dynamics CRM and other application o Dynamics CRM provided SDKs and custom integration designing and development
