Problem statement:  When implementing a new client or upgrading an existing client there are challenges in:

•       Tracking all configurations in various environments (IMP, Stage, Production)

•       Overwriting configurations when a client or Envision help desk is making configuration changes in production and then client upgrades or implements an additional solution on the platform.  Occasionally configurations in production are over written

•       No single source of truth to a clients Configurations in production

ETS is looking for a Senior BA, Documentation specialist with configuration experience to work with the ETS stakeholders to:

•       Document the current state of processes and how configurations are applied and managed within a client’s environment

•       Recommend a better way to manage configurations and document in various environments

•       Recommend a staffing model to capture and manage configurations across all ETS clients (this is an onshore/offshore model)

Project Output:

•       Current state process map for how ETS manages client configurations across all environments

•       Proposed process map with improvements to manage client configurations and ensure quality and stability of configurations in production

•       Proposed resource model to help track and manage configurations across client environments for all clients
