Size of group: 7 with 2 C# developers currently
Must haves for the position:
1) 5+ years C# development experience
2) MVVM architecture/design pattern experience
3) WCF and WPF experience
4) Team Foundation Server or Git
 
Pluses for the position: Why: experience with PCI Card Production Standards
 
Interview Process: Either one hour long panel with team, or two 30 minute panels
