         · Experience with SAP Business Objects BI solutions with the ability to:

o Design, develop and support ETL mappings with Business Objects Data Services and SQL Server Stored Procedures

o Create ETL, Semantic Layer and Data Warehouse modeling standards

o Develop semantic layer and metadata repository

o Perform ETL, Semantic Layer and Reporting migrations

o Develop reports and dashboards

o Monitor system performance

· Use your creativity and experience to model and build an Enterprise Data Warehouse

· Develop source to target data integration mappings

· Create, enhance and tune SQL Server Stored procedures

· Ability to lead and execute throughout all phases of an analytics implementation

· Ability to communicate with business leaders at all levels of the organization and to translate business requirements into successful ETL and data warehouse solutions

· Demonstrate a visionary mindset when designing and implementing analytics projects to ensure a scalable, efficient, and accurate BI solution.

Qualifications:

· Must have a minimum five to seven years of experience in a business analytics position within an IT department

· Must have a minimum three to five years developing data warehouse solutions to include DDL creation, source to target mapping, hands on ETL experience, and working knowledge of type 2 dimensions and incremental data loads 

· Must have a minimum three to five years of experience working with SQL Server, T-SQL and stored procedures

· Must possess a strong understanding of relational data warehouse modeling to include star and snowflake schemas
