Good knowledge in Piping and Tubing Systems Design, and RFLP.
Hands of experience in CATIA V5 Functional. Familiar with XML tags. Hands of experience in ENOVIA/CATIA Testing. Good understanding of the testing methodologies. Exposure to L1-L3 issues and P1-P3 issues.
Segregate issues as per ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, SolidWorks, DraftSight, CATIA Composer, and others. Monitoring UC4 or any other Cron jobs and report/resolve any issues related to it. Resolve and support user queries on an L1 level.

To act as a bridge between various stakeholders. Able to decide on the next action on individual issues as per priority and complexity.
To be able to present priorities, status, and targets to senior management.
To send reports and updates to senior management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
