Location: Hyderabad

Need immediate joiners

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Domestic recruiter will be responsible for end to end IT recruitment

Handling End-to-End Recruitment process

Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networking sites

Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in the preliminary rounds.

Scheduling interviews, negotiating the salary

Managing resumes and updating the database

Confident in interactions with individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels
