- Bachelor’s/ Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence.
- Experience and knowledge in Python – along with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Experience using any ETL tool or orchestration frameworks like Airflow, Oozie, etc.
- Solid problem-solving and reasoning capabilities, and the ability to learn things fast.
- Confidence in sharing the point of view.
- Excellent oral and written communication is a must.
PREFERRED
- Scala/Java/Shell Scripting will be plus.
- Experience and knowledge in Hadoop Frameworks like HDFS, Hive, Spark, etc. Kafka Will be plus.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries. Understanding of NoSQL databases would be plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud based Big Data Platforms will be a plus.
- Good to have prior Cisco experience.
