Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, HRMS.
• Must have good experience in Project management, Techno functional.
• Manage all CRs & deliver them within the timelines, monitor the UAT in ensuring the test is defect-free.
• Lead & guide the delivery team (SI & Business), set & monitor calendar & implementation.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
