Talent consulting lead is a critical role that required to provide talent strategy by collecting, analyzing talent related data and trends to business stakeholders to build strategy, talent attraction strategy, hiring plan, compensation decisions and location strategy.
Roles Responsibility:
- Talent consulting lead acts as an advisor to the customer HR community on talent insights and market intelligence reports
- Own the PL responsibility and account management of all existing/new customers in India and global regions
- Talent market assessment and recommendations of market intelligence, location strategies, competitor analysis, organizational mapping, compensation benchmarking, skill assessment and custom reports
- Own the talent engagement and client delivery to senior business leaders and HR leaders on the target talent strategy to help business decision
- Work with CEO / Director to develop and continuously adapt a quality assurance, KRAs and engagement flow among the talent consulting team to be a critical strategic trusted partner in the market
