4-5 years of experience in working as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
Excellent skills in analysing requirements, identifying different scenarios are mandatory.
Excellent understanding of Out of box features of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud is mandatory. The candidate should have at least one Consultant level certification.
Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders.
Ability to clearly communicate Salesforce features in a non-technical way to business stakeholders.
Ability to clearly articulate the requirements in user stories.
Experience in coordination with the Development team, Technical Architect is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Conduct requirements discussions sessions with client stakeholders.
Map the client’s requirements to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud features
Analyze the client’s requirements and provide inputs to Technical Architects and Developers to ensure maximum business value from the Salesforce implementation.
Document the requirements in Epics and User stories
Review the deliverables and ensure the solution addresses the client’s pain points.
Coordinate with the technical team and business users during UAT and Go-Live.
