Must Have Skills:
Should have a minimum of 12+ years of strong SAP ABAP in AFS environment
Provides architectural leadership to the SAP Project team to deliver technical solutions to the customer
Should be able to understand the business requirements and convert them into corresponding solutions by means of development.
Translates business requirements and needs into solution architecture requirements.
Work closely with Client Business team, Functional, Basis, Security and Project Management resources to develop and realize overall solution and architecture design
Experience in SLT and SAP migration and upgrade Support pack/ Enhancement pack
Experience in SPAU/SPDD and clone remediation work
Understanding of SLT replication process for initial and delta loads
Experience in leading /mentoring a small team/junior developer is preferred.
Highly motivated with ability to handle and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in handing priority incidents while working in multi-vendor support model along with business stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Strong knowledge on any of integration technologies like Web-services development (ODATA/SOAP) along with WRICEF experience
Experience in Parallel Processing
Experience in Performance Improvement
Experience in Enhancement Framework
Should have deep understanding of various process of SAP Sales & Purchasing with Pricing
Excellent communication and coordination/collaboration skills with stakeholders.
Knowledge and understanding on ticketing tool, example-Service Now/Jira etc.
Exposure to work closely with Business process teams.
Working experience in SAFe (Agile).
Nice to have skills:
Working experience in SAFe (Agile).
Hands-on experience on Fiori, ABAP on HANA, PI/PO development experience
Experience in SLT.
Knowledge of Solution Manager
