Job Overview

This role will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating and delivering written, e-learning, in-person and online content to support all levels of the Planful platform. This will support our core business and training necessary for future strategies which will meet the Company s overall mission.

The Content Developer & Instructor s responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs. This role will be responsible for managing, , developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques

• Ability to work with a team and the ability to work independently

• Attention to detail has the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks

• Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design, e-learning platforms

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data

• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques

• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training

• Gather feedback from customers and subject matter experts and apply training methodology

• Partner with internal stakeholders regarding instructional design

• Maintain updated curriculum database and training materials
