• Support Operations Team by Monitoring the interfaces to the PLC's, Robots, Conveyor Systems and AGV's to identify and escalate downtime issues

• Monitor fault time and aid production and maintenance to escalate to next level support

• Identify and analyze histogram models to determine if escalation to Maintenance TL is required

• Route bodies to Central Repair for product issues

• Act as Call Center if requested for next level support, either onsite support or offsite support

• Monitor the building management system(BMS)

• Utilize digital interfaces such as Prisma,DS AutomotionAGV Live, ACC, NET Tool and APEX camera systems to monitor and deploy appropriate resources

• Able to learn Prisma to be able to make changes to Prisma screens

• Able to provide feedback of improvement or optimization opportunities

• Able to write adequate shift log and track data

• Able and willing to work a rotating, 12 hour schedule

• Able and willing to work weekends and holidays

Professional Experience

Co-Op/ internship and/ or up to 2 years' professional experience in the following area(s):

PLC's, Robots, Conveyor systems, and/or AGV's

Education

This position requires an Associate's degree in:
