The key focus of this position will be around influencing the customer decision journey, improving customer experience using cutting-edge analytical methods. It will help clients define their strategic analytics needs, operationalize analytics as in help develop specific analytics projects and strategies and ensure deployment and help realize business value. The candidate should have strong experience interpreting and analyzing complex, disparate, large-scale data sets and visualizing the findings in a way that conclusions and recommendations can be easily drawn.
