  • Taking care of the complete recruitment cycle (Preparation of JDs, Sourcing, Interviews, Reference Checks, On-boarding, Induction, Exit Formalities).
  • Recruiting for fresher and senior managerial positions.
  • Lead overall recruiting strategy for both the short and long term needs of the business.
  • Generate, measure, and analyze key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness.
  • Conducting organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Maintaining all employee document records.
  • Managing recreational facilities for employees.
  • Organizing annual Performance Appraisal schedules and 360 degree feedback.
