• Define and lead all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
• Oversee progress and Pull Requests of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience developing in a team with at least 3 years in an Agile Scrum setting and CSM certification is a plus but not necessary.
• 5+ years of experience architecting enterprise web-based cloud applications
• 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure Cloud, especially Azure Functions and Web Apps
• Strong overview of modern technologies across the end-to-end architecture of web-based cloud applications
• Strong C# and JavaScript skills
• Strong experience with software development processes, practices, and tools (GIT, CI/CD, …)
• Experience with .NET framework and Vue.js is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight timelines
• Self-motivated and willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to set priorities and focus
• Ability to take ownership and drive a task to conclusion without supervision
• Ability to be a mentor and play a key role in making the team be more than its parts
