At least 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of experience in Design, Development and Middleware/Integration Architecture.
Strong experience in Design and development of micro services based architectures, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Swagger API modelling and API specifications
Ability to work with Product Owner of agile team and collaborate with various agile teams to achieve end to end delivery of the product features
Strong analytical and technical skills to deliver design options for complex business requirements
Strong communication skills to convey clear information to various stakeholders from business and IT
Strong experience in Telecom / Retail domain with knowledge on business processes, TMF
Ability to present designs to Enterprise Architecture Group, review designs from peer Agile groups
Ideate, Develop prototypes for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and rollout to production
End to end development experience from Requirements gathering to Production Support
Exposure with containerization with Docker, AWS EKS
Working experience in distributed caching solutions like Redis
Strong knowledge in working with JMS solutions like Rabbit MQ, Active MQ
Working experience in one of the Cloud Solutions AWS, Google or Azure
Appetite to continuous learning and adapt
 

Nice to have skills,

Strong experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), DevOps solutions and architecture including Continuous Development, Testing and monitoring.
Experience and knowledge on SOA architectures and ESB solutions
Experience in Logging and APM solutions like ELK, Prometheus and Grafana, Dynatrace.
